Herrick District Library, Obituaries (1940-2003) Holland, Michigan
Funeral services for Arthur Dozeman, 68, Bentheim resident, who died at his 
home Thursday afternoon, were held Monday from the home and at Bentheim 
Reformed church, the Rev. A. Van Harn officiating. The widow, (Alice Vander 
Veer) a daughter, Mrs Gerrit Kruithof of Oakland; three sons, Tony of Holland, 
John of Oakland, and Harry of Wayland; 10 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. 
Gerrit Lahuis and Mrs. John Huizen of Zeeland, Mrs. Bert Hulst and Mrs. H.K. 
Hoeve of Oakland; and four brothers, Ralph of East Holland, Henry of Drenthe, 
and Jacob and John of Oakland, survive.

Additional Comments:
Have Arthur born Jan. 14, 1869 in Oakland, Allegan, Michigan. Married Alice 
Vander Veer Nov. 10, 1894 in Oakland. Alice was born April 5, 1877, both are 
buried in Bentheim Cemetery, Bentheim, Allegan, Michigan.
