Herrick District Library, Obituaries (1940-2003) Holland, Michigan
John A. Dozeman, 79, of Hamilton, died Friday morning shortly after arrival at 
Zeeland Community Hospital.
He was a member of the Oakland Christian Reformed Church, a veteran of World 
War I, and a farmer in the area all his life. He was a janitor of Bentheim 
School for the past 11 years.
Surviving are his wife, Hattie; a brother Harry of Zeeland; a sister, Mrs. 
harm (Hattie) Lambers of Holland and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Tony (Grace) 
Dozeman of Holland. 
Services will be held Monday at the Oakland Christian Reformed Church with the 
Rev. A. Van Schouwen officiating. Burial will be in Bentheim Cemetery.
