Born: 20 Jun 1899, Chicago (Cook Co., IL) Surviving husband: Howard Shears, of this city (Otsego, Allegan Co., MI), truck fleet manager for the Mac Sim Bar Paper company here (Otsego, Allegan Co., MI). “She had been in poor health for some time and had been treated in Chicago” “The family had been spending some time at their summer home at Gun lake. Surviving: two small children, Joyce, and Howard, Jr. Surviving: two brothers, Daniel Mahoney of Chicago and Wm. Riley of Benton Harbor Deceased Parents: “Mr. and Mrs. James Riley, she came to Otsego with them when she was a child, having lived her most of her life.” Funeral services: “This Saturday (24 Jun 1944) at the Howard Shears residence at 224 Kalamazoo St., at 2:00 p.m.” Officiating: Dr. P.
