“They had planned to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary Monday of last 
week.”  
Memberships: Otsego chapter of O.E.S., the Queen Esthers circle and the Ladies 
Guild of the Congregational church. 
Surviving Husband: Arthur Shears
Surviving Children:  Howard (Shears) and Mrs. Helen Murdock, Otsego
Also Surviving: four grandchildren.  
Funeral Services: 2 Saturday (19 Oct 1946), Congregational church here 
(Otsego), Rev. Percy Graham officiating
Burial: Mt. Home cemetery (Otsego).

Her maiden name was Neva Gertrude CHURCH.  Her mother’s maiden name was Sophia 
BUTTERFIELD.
