Alton Mankin, son of Silas W. Mankin and Rachel Warrenton Mankin, was born in 
1858 and died March 27, 1865 in Hopkins, Michigan.

Additional Comments:
Alton's grandparents were George Mankin, born 1794 in Ohio or Virginia and 
died in Columbiana County, Ohio, and Charity Wright, born 1796 in Virginia and 
died 1870 in Hopkins, Michigan.
