Virginia Miller 1917-1961 was born to William F. Miller and Nona Whitacre. She 
is buried in Oakwood Cemetery next to her mother and father. I believe the 
grave next to her could be her son's Baby Steven Jon Skinner 1952-1956.
Virginia had 2 sisters Donna (Lorback) and Dorothy (Miller) and 2 brothers 
William and Jack. 
Virginia was Marian Miller-Hulecki's first paternal cousin. Their fathers were 
brothers William and Carl Miller.
