The News, Alpena Michigan, Monday Jan 17, 1938
Albert E. McDonell 
Former resident, claimed by death. 
Albert McDonald, aged 80 years, former resident of Alpena, died at 7:30 o’clock 
Sunday evening in Detroit at the home of his daughter Miss Alberta McDonell 
with whom  he was residing.  Death was due to  injuries sustained in a fall.
The body of Mr. McDonell is expected to arrive in Alpena Tuesday and will be 
taken to the William funeral parlors where services will be conducted Wednesday 
afternoon.  Internment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Rev. Charles F Wolfe of 
the Methodist Episcopal Church will conduct the service.
