In Memoriam

At the last meeting of Curtis post no. 72 Union Life Guards of Ossineke, Mich., the 
following resolutions were adopted by unanimous vote.

Whereas, the Almighty Ruler called away by death, on May 29, 1903 our beloved brother, 
Donald McDonald, to a better home, we sincerely regret his death; and, be it Resolved, 
that we have lost an upright young man, a kind friend, a loving brother, a true and 
trusted member of our order and a man who will be greatly missed; and, be it further.

Resolved, that the sympathy of this post be extended to the bereaved parents and 
members of the family, that our charter be a appropriately draped in honor of his 
memory, and that these resolutions be published in the Alpena Echo and a copy be 
presented to the members of the family of the deceased, in token of our respect to one 
who will never meet with us again on earth,
