Whereas, the Almighty Ruler called away by death, on May 29, 1903 our beloved brother, Donald McDonald, to a better home, we sincerely regret his death; and, be it Resolved, that we have lost an upright young man, a kind friend, a loving brother, a true and trusted member of our order and a man who will be greatly missed; and, be it further. Resolved, that the sympathy of this post be extended to the bereaved parents and members of the family, that our charter be a appropriately draped in honor of his memory, and that these resolutions be published in the Alpena Echo and a copy be presented to the members of the family of the deceased, in token of our respect to one who will never meet with us again on earth, O.
