MRS. ALEX NEVINS DEAD-

Mrs. Alex Nevins, aged 68 years, died Friday afternoon at 4o'clock at her home
near Leer as the result of a prolonged illness.  Her death was due to dropsy. 
She had lived in Leer for more than 35 years, her death taking from that
community one of its oldest residents.  She is survived by her husband, three
sons, Neil of Leer, Howard of Detroit, and Alex Jr. of Leer, and two daughters,
Mrs. Carl Christopherson of Leer, and Mrs. Lloyd Donald of Leer .  Her funeral
will be held Sunday afternoon from the home, Rev. Day of Hillman officiating.
