L'Anse Sentinel April 18, 1891
Died, on Wednesday April 15th, Edna, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Edgerton,

aged seventeen years and fifteen days. The deceased had been a sufferer for several

months of the dread malady, acute tuberculosis. The funeral was held yesterday from

the M.E. church. The family in their bereavement have the sympathy of their numerous

friends in the community.
