-Came to Skanee, MI in 1872. Lived there for 45 years until his death. 
-Survived by 2 daughters: Mrs. Carl Hartvigh of Skanee and Mrs. Mary Bauhin of 
Aberdeen, Wash. 
-Funeral at Swedish Lutheran church. Burial in Skanee Cemetery.
