These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. _____________________________________________________________________ ELNORA (BARNUM) FULLER [The Hastings Banner, Feb. 16, 1927, pg 2, col 2 OBITUARY Elnora Deborah, daughter of Harrison and Eunice Barnum, was born in Carlton, August 5, 1849 and passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ray Schantz on February 7, 1927, aged 77 years, 6 months and two days on Dec. 29, 1865. She was united in marriage with Josephus Fuller, who preceded her in death nearly 10 years ago. With the exception of a few years, all her life has been spent within a few miles of her birth place, she having lived in Woodland over a quarter of a century. Her father was one of the first settlers of Barry county. Left to mourn her loss are 5 children, Mrs. LaVern Warner and Vida Fisher of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Alta Schantz, Inez Jordan and Erlo Fuller, one brother Ozro, all of Hastings, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and numberless friends. She was a kind and loving mother, unsurpassed as a grandmother, a staunch friend, promoting harmony wherever she went. Funeral services were held February 10 at the Woodland United Brethren church, conducted by Rev. Wing. Burial in the Baptist cemetery. dz
