These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. _____________________________________________________________________________ THE VERMONTVILLE ECHO Wednesday, August 16, 1905 TOOK HER LIFE: ANNIE HILL FARRAH Mrs. Annie Hill Farrah, living north-east of town, made a successful attempt to end her life last Wednesday by taking a dose of carbolic acid, dying that evening after the doctors had spent several hours in trying to over come the effects of the poison. The funeral was held at her late home on Friday morning at eleven o'clock, Rev. S. A. McGee officiating. Interment was had at Quimby cemetery near Thornapple Lake where her home was. She leaves a husband and two children, a boy thirteen years old and a girl a couple of years younger.
