Ford, aged 60 years. Diana Croswell was born in Buffalo, N. Y., where she married and lost her husband, but had for many years been a resident of this city, where she was highly esteemed and beloved by all who knew her. She was a member of the Episcopal church, having been confirmed here in 1866. Two children survive her, Lottie, an unmarried daughter, and Mrs. Stephen Crandall. The funeral took place yesterday, Rev. J. W. Bancroft officiating. Additional Comments: Children of Diana Ford were Lottie "Ford" Phillips, Clare "Ford" Crandall and Oscar "Burtie" Ford who died at the age of 11 in 1868. Diana divorced her husband Oscar F. Ford in Buffalo in 1860 & moved to Hastings in 1862. She was the daughter of Jacob Croswell & Charity Stevenson, later Charity Brown, wife of Eleazar Brown. Diana is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Hastings.
