EUNICE (TAYLOR) BARNUM [The Hastings Banner, March 20, 1902, pg 1, col 5] HOLMES CHURCH The funeral of Mrs. Eunice Barnum of Hastings was held at the church Monday. She was one of the old residents and was respected by all who knew her for her acts of kindness. [The Hastings Banner, March 20, 1902, pg 8, col 4] DIED Mrs. Eunice Barnum died at the home of her son in the first ward Saturday, of heart trouble. She was born April 12, 1826, and was 76 years of age at the time of her death. Mrs. Barnum was a widow and leaves two children to survive her, Ozra Barnum of this city, and Mrs. Fuller of Woodland. The funeral was held Monday and was conducted by Rev. Hamp. Interment took place in the Fuller cemetery, Carlton. dz
