E 50' Lot 1 Block 3, Hagerty's Subdivision, West Bay City
Written: April 26, 1921
Recorded: May 4, 1921

This Indenture, made this 26th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred twenty-one between Frank Flynn and  Otilla Flynn husband and wife
of Bay City Bay County Michigan of the first part, and William Desy and Mary
Desy his wife as husband and wife of the same place. Witnesseth, that the said
parties of the first part, conveys and warrants to the said parties of the
second part, all that certain piece or parcel of land County of Bay, State of
Michigan, and described as follows, to-wit: The East fifty feet of Lot One in
Block Three of Hagerty's Subdivision to West Bay City. for the sum of $590
lawful money of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged. This deed is given in  fulfillment of a contract dated May 1st,
1919 and grantors do not warrant as to taxes or assessments since said May 1st 1919.
