Father Sues for Divorce

Bay City, Mich., Sept. 23. - It is possible for a man to sue another for 
divorce.  In the local circuit court Hermann Bart has been appointed next 
friend for his daughter, Mrs. Louise Ott, and to sue her husband for divorce.  
Mrs. Ott is 19 years old, has been wedded two years, and charges that her 
husband has never supported her.  Being under 21, it was necessary to appoint a 
next friend to bring action for her.
