Delta College Farmhouse dedication book
Bauer- George Adam Bauer was born Friday February 2, 1816 in Rosstal Germany. 
George Adam Bauer was the son of George Heinrich Bauer who predeceased him in 
1844 in Rosstal Germany and Katharina Laemmermann. On Sunday July 21 1844 
George Adam married Anna Katharina Leinberger in Rosstal, Germany. George Adam 
and Anna Katharina had two children prior to their immigration to Frankenlust, 
Michigan in 1852; a son who was born and died on Friday may 2, 1845. On 
September 26, 1849 Conrad Wolfgang Bauer was born and would immigrate to 
Frankenlust with his parents in 1852. After settling in Frankenlust, Michigan 
George would have 3 more children 2 daughters Elizabeth, and Margaret and a 
son John Adam Bauer. George Adam Bauer died on Sunday September 2, 1894 in his 
home in Frankenlust, Michigan.
