Middleton --
Ford Middleton, 79, os Roscommon, Michigan passed away Sunday morning at the 
Veterans Administration Hospital in Saginaw following a long illness.  He was 
born in Rochester, New York on May 29, 1887.  Mr. Middleton was a retired 
lumberman and an Army veteran of World War I.  Surviving are his widow, Martha; 
four daughters, Mrs. Harry (Ruth)Nelson of St. Clair, Mrs. Carl (Adeline) Reed 
of Cass City, Mrs. John (Mary) Jacek of Essexville, Mrs. George (Bessie) Ribble 
of Bay City; five sons, William of Niles, Harold, John and George all of Bay 
City and Robert of Madison Heights: 28 grandchildren and 17 great 
grandchildren.  The funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 
o'clock from the Stapish Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. David G. Bryce 
officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
