Trepkowski, Sr., age 92, passed away Tuesday night, April 24, 2018. The son of the late Peter and Anna (Grai) Trepkowski, he was born January 5, 1926 in Zilwaukee. Ralph served his country with the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Alaska during WWII. He attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering and was a retired tool and die maker from U.S. Graphite. Ralph was a member of All Saints Parish St. James Church and the Legion of Mary. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #18 and the Knights of Columbus Council #4102. Ralph was as man of deep faith and prayer who loved his family and friends and took joy in taking care of people, especially the two loves of his life, Margaret and Pauline. He was a master euchre player, a life-long weight-lifter, and a great record-keeper. Ralph was committed, practical, steady, humorful, and philosophical truly a wise and loving man. On January 24, 1953 Ralph married the former Margaret R. McDonough and she preceded him in death on March 20, 2005. He is survived by three children, Patricia Trepkowski of Grand Rapids, MSgt.(Ret.) Timothy (Peggy) Trepkowski of San Antonio, Texas and Ralph Trepkowski, Jr. (Cyndi Bishop), of Bay City; six grandchildren, Kurt (Kelly) Menapace, Matthew Trepkowski, Joseph (Paige) Trepkowski, Tara (Timothy) DeVries, Scott (Morgan) Trepkowski, and Katie (Ben) Voss ; nine great-grandchildren, Kievan, Kylan, Kaiden, Ava, Mason, Brooks, Rowan, Connor and Maximus; a brother, Gilbert Trepkowski; his dear companion, Pauline's, children Ken and Lynn; and many nieces and nephews. Ralph was also preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur (Pauline), Arvin (Jane) and Francis (Gwen) Trepkowski; two sisters, Marion (Walter) Nowak, and Dolores (Eugene) Brzeczkiewicz; and his sister-in-law and companion Pauline Trepkowski. The Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018 at All Saints Parish St. James Church. The Celebrant will be Fr. Jose Maria Cabrera. The Rite of Committal will follow at St. Patrick Mausoleum with Military Honors conducted by the U.S. Navy and the Bay County Veterans Council. Memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Parish. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a K of C Bible Presentation and Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m at the W.A.
