He was born June 6, 1984, in Manistee, the son of Vernon and Joanne (Dittmer) Joslin. Benjamin graduated from Benzie Central High School in 2003 and was attending Northwestern Michigan College. He was also serving in the National Guard. In addition to being in school and serving his country, Benjamin worked part-time for C & H Maintenance. He was a loving, caring, young man who was steadfast in his faith of his Lord, Jesus Christ. Benjamin was known for his gentle personality and his love for spending time with his family and friends. Benjamin is survived by his loving, special friend, Jessica Tate; parents, Vernon and Joanne Joslin of Beulah; three brothers, Lucas Joslin of Beulah, Anthony (Robin) Joslin of Tennessee, and Michael (Diane) Joslin of Tennessee; paternal grandmother, Arleta Joslin of Frankfort; maternal grandmother, Harriet Dittmer of Onekama; and four nephews, Joshua, Jacob, Anthony Jr. and Nathan Joslin. Benjamin was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Vernon Joslin; and maternal grandfather, Robert Dittmer. Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Bennett- Barz Funeral Home in Beulah. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Nov. 28, at 1 p.m., at the Eden Bible Church in Beulah, with Pastor Dan Ingersoll officiating.
