PUTNAM Todd Charles Putnam, 50, of 1534 Dogwood Drive, died Sunday (Feb. 27, 2005) while on vacation in St. Augustine, Fla. He was born March 23, 1954, in Detroit to Douglas and Mary Putnam. His parents, of Elkhart, survive, with two brothers, Matthew (Ann) of Edina, Minn., and Joel (Jean) of Elkhart. [Full Story] --------------------------------- Elkhart Truth, The (Mar/2/2005) ELKHART -- Todd Charles Putnam, 50, of 1534 Dogwood Drive, died Sunday (Feb. 27, 2005) while on vacation in St. Augustine, Fla. He was born March 23, 1954, in Detroit to Douglas and Mary Putnam. His parents, of Elkhart, survive, with two brothers, Matthew (Ann) of Edina, Minn., and Joel (Jean) of Elkhart. Craig's Funeral Home and Crematory, Todd Putnam: 1475 Old Dixie Highway, St. Augustine, Fla., is handling arrangements. Friends may call one hour before the 4 p.m. memorial service Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 2715 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart. Mr. Putnam attended Elkhart Schools and completed his education at Crotched Mountain School in New Hampshire. He worked at Putnam Imports his entire working life. He loved cars, computers and spending time with friends and family. He was a member of the Michiana Porsche Club and Trinity United Methodist Church, and after he became homebound with congenital heart disease, enjoyed watching the Crystal Cathedral service on television. Memorials may be given in lieu of flowers to ADEC (Association for the Disabled of Elkhart County) or the American Heart Association.
