Hall b. 26 Sept. 1923 d. 13 Dec. 2005 ---------------------------------------------- Hall, Rebecca Eva Died December 13,2005 THOMPSONVILLE - Rebecca Eva Hall, 82, of Thompsonville, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, at her residence. She was born Sept. 26, 1923, in Clio, the daughter of William and Eva (Bloomfield) Currie. Rebecca enjoyed doing arts and crafts, especially crocheting. Most of all, Rebecca enjoyed spending time with her family. Rebecca is survived by two daughters, Wilma Jean (Harold) Holmes of Port Orange, Fla., and Mary Lou (Bill) Geach of East Jordan; special friend, Warren Gardener of Thompsonville; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; numerous step-great- grandchildren; step-great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Edna Kerr of Villa Ridge, Ill., and Betty (Arthur) Hogarth of Traverse City; one brother, Roy (Virginia) Currie of Sebastian, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Hall; one daughter, Judy Scott; two brothers, Bruce and Harold Currie; and three sisters, Leona Cotton, Emma Hoover and Charlotte Stubbs. Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 16, 2005, from 3 to 5 p.m., at theTerwilliger Funeral Home in Kaleva. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 17, at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home, with the Reverend Floyd Soper officiating. Interment will be in the Thompsonville Cemetery in the spring.
