Centenniel farms in 1987:
 Berrien county:
1. John Darling Bury settled on the farm on Benton Center Rd in Benton Twp 
	in 1837
2. James Higbee started the farm on Highland Rd, Benton Twp in 1835
3. George Kimmel, Berrien Springs, Oronoko Twp, settled there in 1829.
4. The Marjorie Knuth farm, Riverside Rd, Benton Harbor dates to 1836.
5. Nicholas Michael settled in Berrien Twp, in 1835.
6. The Martin Schmidt farm, Smith Rd, Berrien Center, dates back to 1835.
7. The Stover farm, was started by Jedde Helmick in 1835.
