	Berrien Springs, Sept. 6—Funeral services for John Aldrich, 80, who died Sunday
afternoon at the home of his son, John Aldrich, Jr., Battle Creek, will be held
here at the Nichols Funeral home, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  The Rev.
M.R. Davis will officiate.
	Mr. Aldrich was born in Buchanan and for many years had lived in Berrien
Springs.  For the past six months he had been living with his grandson, Dick
Aldrich, St. Joseph and had gone to Battle Creek for a weekend visit.  A sudden
heart attack was the cause of his death.  His wife, Mary E. Aldrich, died June
1, 1932.
	He leaves four children, Roy Aldrich, Mrs. Rose Vinnidge, South Bend; Burton
Aldrich, St. Joseph;  John Aldrich, Jr., Battle Creek; and nine grandchildren.
