Michigan City Evening Dispatch 1 Dec 1953   (Michigan City, IN)
BUELL, Mrs. Augusta, 80, 725 Davidson Street, died 4:40 pm yesterday at St. 
Anthony Hospital following a three year illness.  Funeral services will be at 
2 pm Thursday in the Smith Funeral Home, New Buffalo, MI, with the Rev. Donald 
C. Ford Officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, New Buffalo.  
Friends may call at the funeral home from tomorrow noon until the hour of the 
service. 
Mrs. Buell was born here August 10, 1873, the daughter of Mr and Mrs. Eugene 
Palen.  In 1899 She married Samuel Buell who died in 1925.
Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Grace Murphy, and two sons, Kenneth and Paul, 
all of this city; nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and two sisters, 
Mrs. Grace Hepler, New Buffalo, and Mrs. John Pflughaupt, this city.  Mrs 
Buell was a member of the First Christian Church and had lived in this city 
since the deal of her husband.
