Died, at Dayton, on Thursday, May 28, Martha E. Dempsey, consort of Jas. E.
Dempsey.  She was born  July 29, 1833.  She was one of the excellent of earth,
in all its relations as a Christian.  She was consistent in her life as a wife,
affectionate and true as a neighbor, and highly asteemed[sic].  In a word, she
lived right, died trlmphant[sic] and her feet have reached the angel trodden
shore.  May the large circle of friends meet her there.
