She was born in Oronoko township Sept 5, 1842, the daugther of Godfrey Boyle and Rosanna Kuhl Boyle. She was married on Dec. 1, 1859 to Joel Hartline at Galien. Her husband died Oct. 29, 1908. She is survived by the following children: David Hartline, Glendora, George Hartline, Glendora, Ella Phiscater St. Joseph, Stella Hagley, Galien, Edna Narregan, Baroda; Minnie Robe, Buchanan; William Hartline, Berrien Springs, Clayton Hartline, Buchanan. She was a member of the Lutheran church which she joined as a church. The funeral was held Monday at 4 p.m. from the home of Dan Robe. Burial was made in the Stotrch[Storrick] cemetery. Rev. Rice officiating. The pallbearers included her grandchildren, Roland Hartline, Harold narregan, Stanley Narragon, Chester Phiscator, Gerald Aatch(?) Clarence Hartline.
