Herald Palladium 22 Feb 1976
The Herald Palladium carried the obituary for Anna Heyn on 22 Feb 1976 and it 
reads:  “Mrs. Anna Heyn Bridgman-Mrs. Anna Heyn, 81, Route 1, Shawnee road, 
Bridgman, died Sunday Morning at her home.  She was born, July 4, 1894, in 
Russia.  Her husband, Albert, preceded her in death in 1961.  She was a member 
of the Immanuel Lutheran church.  Surviving are seven daughters, Mrs. John 
(Beatrice) Rahling, Niles, Mrs. Emil (Virginia) Essig, Bridgman, Mrs. Miles 
(Wilma) Myers, Las Vegas, Nev., Mrs Louis (Lorraine) Waaso, Mrs. LeRoy 
(Charlotte) Waaso, both of Three Oaks, Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Farris, Benton 
Harbor and Mrs. Charles (Juanita) Blosser, Bridgman; two sons, Arnold, Hobe 
Sound, Fla., and Gerald of Monument, Colo., and a brother, Edward Schlack, 
Kalamazoo.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Immanuel 
Lutheran church, Bridgman.  Burial will be Graceland cemetery, Bridgman.  
Friends may call at the Boyd funeral home, Bridgman.  Memorials may be made to 
the church.”  DOD 21 Feb 1976 She was the daughter of Edward Schlack of 
Bridgman, Michigan.
