William Hinchman, Niles Democrat, Sat. March 16, 1872, p. 3, col. 6, died March
2, 1872

	On Saturday, March 2nd, in Chickaming township, of consumption, WILLIAM
HINCHMAN, son of Milton and Elizabeth Hinchman, aged 24 years.
	The deceased was born in Berrien County where he lived until 1869, and then
removed to Kansas, where he remained until seven weeks ago, when he returned to
his old home in Chickaming, where he died.  On this death bed he told his
friends he was going to a better world, and he hoped to meet them all in that
happy home above.  He was much esteemed, and his kind and gentle disposition had
made him many friends.
