Louisa McOmber, Berrien Springs, Ill 12 Days, Dies

Berrien Springs, Dec. 28--Mrs. Louisa May McOmber, 69, sister of Mrs. Maude
Connelly and Mrs. Charles Gablick, both of Niles, died Monday night at 9 in
Pawating hospital, where she was taken Monday morning from the home of Mrs.
Connelly.
	Mrs. McOmber had been making her home in Niles since Nov. 3 and had been ill
since suffering a stroke Dec. 16.
	Born May 10, 1874, in Bootjack, Ind., she was the daughter of Willard H. and
Carolyn Kannel Patterson. 
	She was married April 9, 1892, to W.F. McOmber, who died Nov. 20, 1939. 
Surviving, besides the two sisters are a brother, Thornton E. Patterson, Berrien
Springs; a step-mother, Mrs. Ada Patterson, Berrien Center, and a nephew, Neil
Paterson, Berrien Springs. 
	Services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 in the Griner funeral home,
where friends may call.  Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.
