Pangborn Marcellus—George B. Pangborn, 66, of 130 W. Main St., former Niles businessman and resident, died at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday in his home. Owner and operator of the Cozy Cupbord Restaurant in Marcellus, Mr. Pangborn was born Aug. 4, 1903, in Buchanan. He had lived here for 10 years, coming from Berrien Springs. His wife, the former Ann Stromme, survives. Before coming to Marcellus, Mr. Pangborn was in the restaurant business in both Niles and Berrien Springs. He was a member of Elks Lodge no. 541 of St. Joseph. Surviving, besides his wife, are his mother, Mrs. Mary Pangborn of San Diego, Calif.; his father, Albert O. Pangborn of Minneapolis, Minn. and numerous cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Romig Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donald Ludman of the Marcellus United Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetry, Buchanan. Friends may call at the funeral home.
