CLARA STECK, 66, TAKEN BY DEATH

	Mrs. Clara M. Steck, 66, of 946 Hickory street, died in her home Monday night
at 11. She had been in poor health for about 10 years.
	Born in Niles April 26, 1877, she lived in or around the city all her life. 
She was married to John Steck, Feb. 23, 1897, in Elkhart. Her husband preceded
her in death by a year and a month.  
	Survivors include two children, Mrs. Margaret Carlson and Mrs. Gertrude
Biernatzki, Niles; a brother, John Zilke, Jones; four sisters, Mrs. Agnes
Kennedy, Jones; Mrs. Helen Etzcorn, Mrs. Frances Belledin and Mrs. Anna
Donnelly, Niles, and six grandchildren. 
	Friends may call at the family home. Services will be conducted in St. Mary’s
Roman Catholic church Wednesday morning at 9 by the Rev. Fr. Joseph M. Rochford.
	The Rosary society will meet in the home tonight.
