	Edwin S. Stevens died at his home near Eau Claire Saturday, March 20, aged 55
years.  Death was caused by heart trouble.. At the age of 12 he came to this
state from Ohio and has been a resident here ever since.  A wife, three children
and seven grandchildren survive him. The funeral was held Tuesday at the United
Brethren church in Eau Claire, conducted by Rev. M.H. Gardner, with interment in
Maple Grove cemetery.




Additional Comments:
Per death certificate he was the son of Benjamin Stevens, born NJ, and Elizabeth
Miller, born PA, date of birth May 20, 1843 in Trumbel Co., Ohio, age 65 years,
11 months.
