Wirth Will Be Sunday Three Oaks- Funeral services for Clarence J. Wirth, 72, a Weesaw Township Board trustee who died Tuesday at Mercy hospital in Benton Harbor, are scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m. at Connelly-Noble Funeral Home, Three Oaks. Burial will be in New Troy Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Berrien County Cancer Service or the Weesaw Township Ambulance Service. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Mr. Wirth was born Nov. 4, 1912, in Weesaw Township and resided on Route 2, Avery Road, Three Oaks. He had been engaged in farming, was a representative of the St. Joseph Monument Co. and was a school bus driver for 18 years for the New Troy school systems. He was a member of the former New Troy School Board, a member of the Berrien County Farm Bureau Oil Board and a charter member of the Galien River Soil Conservation District. Survivors include; his wife, the former Dorothy O’Barton, whom he married on July 29, 1933; four sons-John L. of Albuquerque, N.M., Guy B. of Houston, Texas and Gary R. of Three Oaks and Rick of Jenison; and nine grandchildren.
