Henry Jackson McClary was born Sept. 21, 1862.  Tombstone gives birth date of 
1861.  He was born in Michigan.  Henry died Dec. 30, 1926 in Niles Twp., 
Berrien Co., MI.  His parents were George & Almeda McClary.  Henry died of 
chronic nephritis.

				STATE OF MICHIGAN

Henry J. McClary resided in Niles Twp., Berrien County, Michigan.  He died 
Dec. 30, 1926.  His last will was dated May 4, 1925.  It was witnessed by 
Gertrude Hamilton of Niles, Michigan and Wilber N. Burns of Niles, Michigan.  
Executor was Emery File of Niles Twp., Michigan.    Estimated value of real 
estate was $3000.00; personal property $300.00.  

The heirs are as follows:
