After Many Years,
Mrs. Alice Jacks,of Niles, Sues for a Divorce.

Mrs. Alice Jacks, of Niles, claims whtat her husband has abandoned her and in a
bill of complaint filed by her in the circuit court yesterday she prays for a
dissolution of her marriage.
  She was married to Robert E. Jacks April 22, 1874, and lived in harmony until
February 22, 1893, when the husband departed and has ever since absented himself.
