Pearl St., Coldwater, Michigan John R. Champion, a lawyer, built this brick house in 1867. In 1871, he traded residences with George Starr. In 1904, Horace Woodward purchased the house. The top photo is the actual house and the bottom photo is the carriage barn, which was built in 1879.
