She died at 3:05 p.m. Yesterday in Community hospital. Dr. Willard Putman said no Inquest will be held. The origin of the burns remains unknown. The child, alone in the home, was found in bed, her bed clothes burned away. She was barely able to talk when rushed to the hospital. GONE 30 MINUTES -------------------- Mr. Hudson said he left the child asleep about 10: 45 a.m. to go to the home of Mrs. Thelma Bartholomew, a neighbor four doors away, to get his wife who was visiting with their youngest child, Annabelle, 3. said he was gone about 30 minutes. Returning ahead of his wife, he said he noticed a smoke odor in the house. He trailed charred clothing from the kitchen to the bedroom and found Priscilla,. her clothing burned away. The child was severly burned about the neck and body he said. The grief-sticken parents were at a Ioss, to explain how the accident occurred. The father said that the girl may have awakened and struck a match igniting her clothes or may have brushed against an exposed flame In the kitchen gas stove. TWO CHILDREN IN SCHOOL ------------------------ The Hudsons' two other children, Patricia, 10, and Ovel Leroy, 7, were at Washington School when the accident happened. The child was born Feb. 5, 1944 in Battle Creek . Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday at the D. E, Royal funeral home. The Rev. J. W. Hill, pastor of First Evangelical United Brethren church will officiate. Burial will be in Reese cemetery.
