Battle Creek Enquirer
Mrs. Grace Nellie (White) Baker, 85, of Battle Creek, MI, formerly of Detroit, 
Michigan died December 20, 2007 at Battle Creek Health System 
surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Detroit, MI the daughter of 
George Charles White and Henrietta Hazel (Upell) White.
She left school after the 10th grade, but later went back and graduated from 
Battle Creek Central High School. She was employed at F.W. Woolworth Company 
for 23 years and formerly employed at the Weston Biscuit Company.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards, and crossword 
puzzles.
Visitation will be held at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service on Wednesday, 
December 26, 2007 after 4 p.m. where the family will be present 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the 
Bachman Hebble Funeral Service with Jon Fruytier officiating.
Burial will be at the Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens in Emmett Township, MI.
Memorial tributes may be made to Charity of one's choice.
Arrangements by the Bachman Hebble Funeral Service, a member by invitation 
Selected Independent Funeral Homes.
