Battle Creek Enquirer Jul 31, 2007
Edna L. Bakkila, aged 94, of Grand Rapids formerly of Battle Creek, the widow 
of John H. Bakkila, died July 29, 2007.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at Battle Creek Memorial Gardens. 
In lieu of flowers memorials to Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church. The family 
will receive friends Wednesday 5-8 p.m. at Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 
4291 Cascade Rd., SE, Grand Rapids, MI.
