 Battle Creek Daily Journal, Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan, May 4, 1887
Mrs. Loretta Brown died at 11:45 this forenoon at the residence of her son-in-
law, Mr. John Kerbs, 221 Cherry street, of pneumonia, age 72 years, after a 
brief illness.  The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow forenoon at 
the residence of her son, B. M. Brown 242 Cherry street.  The Rev. Mr. 
Chipperfield will officiate.  The remains will be taken to Rock Creek, O., for 
burial.

This is my great-great grandmother.
