Battle Creek Moon Journal May 25, 1915
Funeral services for David E. Haines, who died yesterday at his home, 21 
Forrest Avenue following and illness of three months will be held
Friday Morning at 9 o'clock from St. Phillip's Catholic Church.
The Rev. Father Anthony Burke will officiate. Mr. Haines was 57 years old.
He is survived by his widow and two daughters, Misses Genevieve and Elizabeth, 
and three sons, Patrick, and James of this city and David of Detroit. and one 
sister, Mrs. Clara Garrett of Washington Harbor, Wisconsin.
Internment will be made in Mt. Olivet.
