Battle Creek Enquirer – July 30, 1988
Irma L. Hollman, 79, died Thursday, July 28, at Community Hospital, 
where she had been a patient for two weeks. 
She had been in failing health for the past year.

She was born in Pomona and moved to Battle Creek as a child. 

She worked as a waitress for many years at various local restaurants, 
including Hosh's Battle Creek Sandwich Shop.

She was a member of the Fairfax Baptist Church. 
She enjoyed needlepoint and was an avid bingo player.

Surviving are a daughter; a son; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 
and her father.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Farley-Estes Funeral Home. Memorial 
contributions may be made to the Fairfax Baptist Church or the American Cancer 
Society.
