Battle Creek Enquirer – July 17, 1944
Mrs. Ernestine O. Hudson, 28, wife of Lloyd Hudson, died at 4:10 p. m; Sunday 
at a local hospital one week after undergoing a casarean operation. 
Surviving besides her husband, is a one-week old son, another son, and a 
daughter, her parents, four sisters and two brothers.

 Mrs. Hudson was born in Kalamazoo and came to Battle Creek 18 years ago. She 
attended St. Philip Catholic school and was a member of the church.
