Battle Creek Enquirer – June 2, 1973
Funeral services for Ovel Leroy Hudson, 54, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at 
Royal Funeral Home.

Mr. Hudson died Friday in Leila Hospital following a five year illness.

He came to Battle Creek in 1941 from Wexford county and had been employed as a 
machinist at Eaton Corp. for more than 20 years. 
He was a member of United Auto Workers Local 196 and an Army veteran of World 
War II.
Survivors include his wife ; 2 daughters; 1 son; 10 grandchildren; 2 sisters; 1 
brother; 3 stepdaughters and 2 stepsons.
