ALFRED LARIAN
	Alfred Larian, 72, a former resident of this city, passed away 
Thursday evening at the Kalamazoo home for the aged.  He was born in Battle 
Creek, on Dec.12, 1859 and resided here for 68 years.  Mr. Larian was employed 
as a painter, retiring from active work four years ago.  He is survived by 
three sisters.  Mrs. Herbert M. Brown and Mrs. CW Ritchie of Battle creek and 
Mrs. A. E. Favorite of Marshall; two brothers, John Larian of Manistique, and 
Jerry Larian of Bay City/ Funeral arrangements have not been made.
