Valeria M. Patterson, 84, of Battle Creek, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 1998, in
Tendercare Marshall.
 She was born in Wexford County to Clifton B. and Altha M. (Drake} McNees.
She owned and managed Frances Dress Shop in Port Huron for 25 years.
 Her husband, Orville Patterson, died in 1978.
 Surviving are 2 sons; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; 5 
brothers; and a sister.
 Also preceding her in death were brothers, Clarence and Clifton
McNees; and sisters, Dorothy Hutchins, Margaret Rybka and Yvonne Dellago.
 Visitation: At Shaw Funeral Home, where family will be present from 4 to 8 
p.m. today.
 Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Steve Eggers 
officiating
 Burial: Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Memorials: St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
