Rybka, 83, of Battle Creek, died Monday, June 19, 1995, in Battle Creek Health System/Community Site after a long illness. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was employed at Union Pump Co. and the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center, retiring in 1969. He was a member of the Rainbow Chasers and the Phantom C.B. Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, using his C.B. radio, and motorcycles. He married Margaret McNees in 1935. She died in 1988. Also preceding him in death were an infant daughter, Patricia A. Rybka and a brother, Joseph Rybka. Surviving are a son; a daughter; six grandchildren: and 13 great-grand children. Visitation: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 1 Thursday at Royal Funeral Home, where family will be present 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Services: 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Edwin Palmer officiating. Burial: Reeee Cemetery. Memorials: Charity of ones choice.
