Seidl, 93, of Battle Creek died Sunday evening, August 12, 2007 at Evergreen Manor. Alice served her country as a stenographer in the United States Army during WWII. She worked at Percy Jones until its closing and was then employed at Guido A. Binda, Architect & Associates from 1954 - 1977. Alice is survived by a niece and a nephew. Alice was a member of the St. Philip Catholic Church, Riverside Country Club, W.S.O. and the Catholic Daughters of America. She volunteered in the gift shop at Leila Hospital for many years and enjoyed crafts and crocheting. Her favorite pastime was golfing with her friends and the Annual golf outing to Florida. At the request of the family, they will receive friends 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m., Thursday, August 16, 2007 at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home where the Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:15 a.m. with Deacon Al Patrick, officiating. Interment with full military honors will follow at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Memorials made to the St. Philip Catholic Church would be appreciated.
